Phoenix Force
Upgrade Phoenix Force to increase the damage of Phoenix Flame, Phoenix Skyfire, and Phoenix Spark, while also increasing Energy Penetration.
Telekinesis
Upgrade Telekinesis to increase the damage of Telekinetic Branding and Telekinetic Blast while restoring HP every second.
Psionic Energy
Upgrade Psionic Energy to increase the damage of Psionic Bolt and Psionic Barrier while restoring extra EP every second.
Ability 1-1: Phoenix Flame
Fuse:Phoenix Force + Phoenix Force +Phoenix Force
Phoenix summons a firebird at the specified location, flying forward after a brief delay and dealing damage to enemies in its path.
Ability 1-2: Phoenix Skyfire
Fuse:Phoenix Force + Phoenix Force +Telekinesis
Phoenix rains fire from above at the specified location, dealing damage and slowing enemies in range.
Ability 1-3: Phoenix Spark
Fuse:Phoenix Force + Phoenix Force +Psionic Energy
Phoenix releases a firebolt in the specified direction, dealing damage and slowing the enemy hit.
Ability 2-1: Telekinetic Branding

Phoenix unleashes telekinetic energy at the specified target, dealing damage and slowing them while adding a mark. Attacking a marked target cause extra damage.
The mark can be stacked. Each time Phoenix casts an ability on a marked target, its mark’s duration refreshes.

Power upgrades
She has 3 powers Phoenix Force, Telekinesis, and Psionic Energy, so upgrade the power which you want to use or the combination you want to use first.
Early Game (Mid or support to MM)
In my experience, I found thatPhoenix Skyfire andPhoenix Flame combo is good for early-game.Phoenix Skyfire andPhoenix Flame allow you to attack for distance and harass the enemy. Plus you need justPhoenix Force andTelekinesis to make them, so can just upgrade them.
Mid and late game
Mid-lane: I found Psionic Bolt becomes useful along with the above 2 skills. As Psionic Bolt will provide to the CC needed as an energy hero.
Bot lane as Support: When fighting a marksman Psionic barrier is a great skill as it blocks all the damage from outside the barrier. You can use Psionic Bolt if you want to provide CC.
The secondskill combo as support to protect MM: Telekinetic Blast which will deal damage to fighter, assassin, or tank heroes, who attack you or the MM, plus will heal you.Psionic Bolt or Phoenix Skyfire along with Telekinetic Blast will make a good combo.
