Adventure week 2019 is in progress and it brings a lot of perks in Pokemon Go. Adventure week started on June 4 at 4 p.m. ET and will go until June 11 at 4 p.m. ET.
Adventure week perks:
- An increased spawn for rock-type Pokémon
- Quadruple candy from buddy Pokémon
- 10 times the XP from spinning unvisited Pokéstops
- A bonus of 50,000 Stardust and 15 Rare Candies for trainers who walk over 50 kilometers on Adventure Sync
A lot of Shiny will also make their way in Pokemon Go during this week. Shiny Onix, Lileep, and Anorith will also release, alongside their evolutions, Steelix, Cradily, and Armaldo.

Only shiny Onix, Lileep, and Anorith can be caught in the wild, shiny Steelix, Cradily, and Armaldo can only be evolved.
During this event you can also finish the Let’s Go, Meltan Special Research if you haven’t already, as step eight requires catching some fossil Pokémon that can be hard to find otherwise.
There’s also a handful of Field Research to celebrate Adventure Week.
